Right from the school days, you dream of getting admitted into nice engineering, medical or some other institution, and now you have ended up registering for College of Agriculture, Pantnagar.
Maybe most of you don’t like this place, maybe you miss your home, school or after-school days, probably you hate the subjects and schedule and at times, you feel out of place, but let me tell you, Pantnagar has loved you ever since you’ve entered here. This place might not have been your first choice, but you must understand the importance of what you are doing. Pantnagar, as all of you must be knowing, has a glorious past and a sparkling future.
I believe, being an agrarian is the noblest job, feeding billions of people, making the lives of the farmers better, taking the hope forward that someday no one will sleep with an empty stomach. I am sure you have realized this great responsibility and are ready to take it.
You are going to have a great time here, a lot to learn, much more to explore and experience.
